Based on these experiences, filmmakers will create an original short film within <strong>48 hours<\/strong>, to be screened during the <strong>WE Frame Festival<\/strong> on <strong>14\u201316 May 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Who can apply?<\/strong><br>Young filmmakers aged <strong>18\u201330<\/strong>, citizens or residents of <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/info\/funding-tenders\/opportunities\/docs\/2021-2027\/cerv\/guidance\/list-3rd-country-participation_cerv_en.pdf\">EU Member States or Programme-associated countries<\/a>, with experience in the audiovisual field and interest in the themes of the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What we offer:<\/strong><br>Workshops with accommodation, mentorship, participation in the final festival, networking opportunities, and dissemination of the films on the WE Frame platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Deadline:<\/strong> <strong>28 February 2026<\/strong><br><strong>Results:<\/strong> <strong>6 March 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All details and application instructions are available in the call for applications:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-text-align-center wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1YgBShYpKlzbDZVguj0rH4bYEcF2NBfx8\/view?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Read the call for applications<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>The call for entries is now closed and the eight filmmakers have been selected.
