We are pleased to present our program of workshops on the theme of legal equality. Please note, however, that the workshops will be held in Italian. They will take place in person in Ferrara from March to May. Participation in each workshop is free of charge, but registration is required. Click here for more information about the program in Italian.

This workshop series explores gender equality through feminist legal perspectives that recognize diverse identities, bodies, and intersecting forms of discrimination. It examines how legal and institutional systems can both reinforce and challenge power imbalances shaping gender relations. Particular attention is given to the relationship between equality and the body, including autonomy, representation, and social norms. The programme also rethinks vulnerability, not as weakness but as a universal human condition. Overall, it promotes a critical understanding of equality grounded in lived experiences and social realities.
